Terms & Conditions

**By paying for your online order, you are acknowledging that you agree to, and accept the following terms and conditions.** 

For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to consider your order “booked”. A contract must be signed between both parties for all custom orders valued at $200 or more. There will be no refunds given for orders cancelled within ten (10) days of the event date. For cancellations with more than ten (10) days’ notice, you may receive the amount back, minus what was spent on items for your order.

For online orders, all sales are final. A refund will be issued in the event that your order cannot be fulfilled on the date requested. Digital gift cards for the purchase amount may be given if the order is cancelled by the customer with at least a three (3) day notice.

**We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up/delivery, or after setup is complete. All products are the responsibility of the client once they leave our possession.**

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to avoid cross-contact, there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. We will not be held liable for any potential allergic reactions.
